1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Avano Parfums Pakistan (operating via avanoparfums.com). By ordering products, accessing our website, or communicating with our perfume concierge, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Olfactive Impressions & Trademark Disclaimer
Independent Tribute Formulations
Avano Parfums crafts original, mastercrafted 35% Pure Extrait de Parfum formulations inspired by world-famous niche and designer scent profiles. Any references to designer names, brand trademarks (such as Le Labo, Louis Vuitton, Bvlgari, Tom Ford, MFK, Roja, or Creed) are used solely for comparative olfactive descriptions to assist customers in understanding the fragrance profile.
Avano Parfums is entirely independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the original luxury trademark holders in any capacity.
3. Product Formulations & 35% Pure Extrait Concentration
All full-size flacons sold by Avano Parfums are formulated at 35% Pure Extrait de Parfum concentration using high-grade imported French and Swiss perfume oils, combined with fixatives (including Ambroxan, Iso E Super, Hedione) engineered for 14+ hours longevity in high heat and humidity across Pakistan.
4. 14-Day Free Tester Guarantee & Return Policy
To ensure complete confidence in your blind purchase:
- Every full-sized 50ml perfume box includes a complimentary matching 2ml sample tester vial.
- How It Works: When your order arrives, open and test the 2ml sample vial first. Keep the main 50ml flacon sealed and unopened.
- 100% Refund or Exchange: If the fragrance does not exceed your expectations, you may initiate a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the main 50ml bottle remains unopened in its original luxury packaging.

5. Pricing, Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable taxes.
- Order Verification: Avano Parfums reserves the right to verify high-value orders via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp prior to dispatch.
- Cash on Delivery: Customers selecting Cash on Delivery agree to have the exact cash amount ready for the courier at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders without valid justification may result in account blacklisting.
6. Courier Delivery Timeframes
Orders are dispatched via authorized express courier services (TCS Express, Trax Logistics):
- Karachi & Lahore Hubs: 24 to 48 business hours.
- Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Multan & Nationwide: 2 to 3 business days.
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders qualifying above the active promotional threshold (e.g. Rs. 2,999 or active vouchers).
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
